This superb filmcell features the legendary American singer and actor, Frank Sinatra (Dec 12 1915 – May 14 1998).

Born in New Jersey, Frank Sinatra was the only son of Italian parents. Sinatra had unprecedented success as a solo artist in the 1940s and was the idol of the Bobbysoxers. His career was reborn in 1953 after he won an Oscar for his performance in the movie, From Here to Eternity. A release of albums followed which included; In the Wee Small hours, Songs for Swingin’ Lovers!, Come Fly with Me and Only the Lonely. In the 1960s Sinatra toured internationally and was a founding member of the Rat Pack. He had also fraternized with both celebrities and statesmen. He was honoured at the Kennedy Center Honors in 1983 and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Ronald Reagan in 1985 and the Congressional Gold Medal in 1997. Recipient of 11 Grammys, he is one of the world’s best selling artists of all time.
